经静脉注射胺碘酮治疗急性心力衰竭合并快速心房颤动患者的效果

Effect of Intravenous Amiodarone in Patients with Acute Heart Failure Complicated with Rapid Atrial Fibrillation

目的探讨经静脉注射胺碘酮治疗急性心力衰竭合并快速心房颤动患者的临床效果及安全性。方法回顾性分析2017年4月至2018年8月于北京市石景山医院急诊科接受治疗的118例急性心力衰竭合并快速心房颤动患者的临床资料,按照治疗方式的不同分为对照组与试验组,各59例。对照组采取常规抗心力衰竭方案治疗,试验组在对照组基础上经静脉注射胺碘酮,比较两组的治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果试验组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组心率低于对照组,心功能改善率以及心房颤动复律发生率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床在常规治疗急性心力衰竭合并快速心房颤动患者时经静脉注射胺碘酮,可显著提升治疗效果,且用药后患者的心率、心功能、心房颤动情况显著改善,不良反应较少。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of intravenous amiodarone in the treatment of acute heart failure with rapid atrial fibrillation.Methods From April 2017 to August 2018,118 patients with acute heart failure and rapid atrial fibrillation treated in our hospital were randomly selected for comparative analysis.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 59 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine anti-heart failure regimen,while the observation group was treated with intravenous amiodarone on the basis of routine anti-heart failure regimen.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was analyzed,and the adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results The treatment efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After one week of treatment,the heart rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement rate of cardiac function and the recovery rate of atrial fibrillation were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Amiodarone intravenous injection is effective in the treatment of patients with acute heart failure and rapid atrial fibrillation.The heart rate,cardiac function and atrial fibrillation are significantly improved,and adverse reactions are less.
