Influence of coiling temperature on oxide scale of 1.5%Si non-oriented electrical steel

摘要 采用扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)等研究了卷取温度对1.5%Si无取向硅钢氧化皮的形貌及组成的影响。结果表明,在650~700℃,氧化皮均由Fe2O3、Fe3O4和Fe组成。随卷取温度降低,Fe2O3含量减少,氧化皮厚度逐渐降低,同时氧化层与基体间的富Si层也逐渐变薄,表面形貌由岛状分布晶须变为团簇状螺旋柱晶组织。当卷取温度继续降低至600℃时,氧化皮主要由Fe2O3组成,氧化层及富Si层均很薄,表面疏松多孔,且在内应力作用下发生褶皱鼓泡甚至破裂脱落,有利于酸洗除磷。工业生产中通过降温卷取调试,使硅钢热卷的酸洗效果和效率显著提高。 The effect of coiling temperature on morphology and composition of oxide scale of 1.5% Si non-oriented silicon steel was studied by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD). The results show that the oxide scale is composed of Fe2O3, Fe3O4 and Fe at coiling temperature of 650-700 ℃. With the decrease of coiling temperature, the Fe2O3 content decreases, and the thickness of the oxide scale decreases gradually, at the same time, the Si-rich layer between the oxide scale and the matrix becomes thinner gradually, and the surface morphology changes from island-like distributed whiskers to cluster-like spiral column crystal structure. When the coiling temperature decreases to 600 ℃, the oxide scale is mainly composed of Fe2O3, the oxide scale and the Si-rich layer are very thin, the surface is loose and porous, and under the action of internal stress, fold bubbling or even rupture and fall off, which is beneficial to pickling and descaling. In industrial production, the pickling effect and efficiency of the hot rolled silicon steel strips are improved significantly by decreasing coiling temperature.
