“精准供给”背景下高职院校创新创业教育载体的优化研究

Research on the Optimization of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Carrier in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of"Precise Supply"

在经济新常态和"精准供给"的背景下,厘清高职院校创新创业教育"精准供给"的内涵与价值,明确创新创业教育的现实症结:生态文化供给粗放单一、耦合乏力;师资主体供给队伍薄弱、专业欠缺;课程体系供给模式单一、技术性低。从精准定位培养目标、精准优化师资结构、精准打造课程体系、精准耦合多元生态四个层面进行优化创新创业教育载体的探索研究,以实现高职学生更高质量的创新创业。

Under the background of economic new normal and"precise supply",the connotation and value of"precision supply"of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges were clarified,and the practical crux of innovation and entrepreneurship education was clear:the supply of ecological culture is extensive and single,coupling is weak;the supply of teachers is weak and the specialty is short;the supply mode of curriculum system is single with low technology.In order to achieve higher quality innovation and entrepreneurship of higher vocational students,the exploration and research on the optimization of innovation and entrepreneurship education carrier is carried out from four aspects:accurate positioning of training objectives,accurate optimization of teacher structure,accurate creation of curriculum system and precise coupling of multiple ecology.
