乡村振兴背景下农村留守老年人教育:成效、阻力与路径--基于浙江的分析

Rural Left Behind Elderly Education in the Context of Rural Revitalization:Effectiveness,Resistance and Path——Based on the Analysis of Zhejiang Province

在乡村振兴背景下,农村留守老年人作为农村发展中的一个特殊群体,其教育需要更多的关注。基于浙江实际,从政策法律保障、教育阵地建设、教育经费投入、教育教学内容和师资队伍力量几个方面归纳了农村留守老年人教育发展成效,分析了农村留守老年教育在教育法规规章、参与教育观念、教育体制、教育资源、教育监督中存在的阻力,从统一教育领导机构、厘清教育政治阻力、出台教育政策、组建监督体系、确定教育需求、整合教育资源等方面给出其发展路径并初步构建了农村留守老年人教育支持服务体系。

In the context of rural revitalization,the education of rural left behind elderly,a special group in rural development,needs more attention.Based on the reality of Zhejiang Province,this paper summarized the educational development effect of the rural left behind elderly from the aspects of policy and legal guarantee,construction of educational front,investment of educational funds,educational teaching content and teaching staff,and describes the physical and mental characteristics of rural left behind elderly and its educational enlightenment from the aspects of physiology,psychology and society.This paper analyzed the resistance of rural left behind elderly education in education laws and regulations,concept of participating in education,education system,education resources,education supervision,and gives its development path from the following aspects:unifying the education leading organization,clarifying the education political resistance,introducing education policy,establishing supervision system,determining education demand,integrating education resources,etc.,and initially constructs the rural left behind elderly education support service system.
