高职院校“研训赛一体化”教师教学能力提升体系探索与实践

提升高职院校教师教学能力是"三教"改革的首要任务。为有效提升高职院校教师的教学能力,依据成就动机理论和"做中学"的教学理念,结合当前我国职业教育的改革方向,高职院校需要建立"研训赛一体化"的教师教学能力提升体系,从教师教学能力的培训内容、提升途径和培训方式等方面着手,以培训促进全面提高、以教研引领教师发展、以比赛推动能力提升,发挥系统效应,有效提升教师的教学能力。

The primary task of"teaching materials.teaching method and teacher"reform is to improve the teaching ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges.In order to effectively improve the teaching ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges,according to the theory of achievement motivation and the teaching concept of"learning by doing",combined with the current reform direction of vocational education in China,higher vocational colleges need to establish a teachers'teaching ability improvement system of"research and training competition integration".Starting from the training content,promotion ways and training methods of teachers'teaching ability,higher vocational colleges should promote the overall improvement through training,lead the development of teachers through teaching and research,promote the ability to enhance through the competition,play a systematic effect to effectively improve the teaching ability of teachers.
