摘要
探讨玄武岩织物复合板材的保温性能。以耐高温玄武岩长丝为原料,采用机织工艺织造纤维增强体预制件,并在平面织物和中空织物腔体中填充聚氨酯泡沫,织物表面复合树脂,加工了不同结构的三明治型复合板材,对板材的保温性能影响因素进行了分析。结果表明:同等密度的平面织物增强板材保温性能优于中空织物增强板材;中空织物面层的组织密度变化对板材保温性能影响不大;随着泡沫填充密度的增加,板材的导热系数上升,保温率下降。认为:在满足板材机械性能要求的前提下,控制填充材料的用量可以降低生产成本,提高板材保温性能。
The thermal insulation property of basalt fabric composite board was discussed.The high temperature resistance basalt filaments were taken as the raw material.The weaving process was adapted to weave the fiber reinforced performed parts.The polyurethane foam was filled in the cavity of flat fabric and hollow fabric.The resin was composited on the surface of fabrics.The sandwich type of composite board with different structures was produced.The influence factors on the thermal insulation property of board were analyzed.The test results showed that the thermal insulation property of flat fabric reinforced board was better than that of hollow fabric reinforced board with the same density.The texture densities change of the surface layer in the hollow fabrics had very little effect on the thermal insulation property.As the increase of foam filling density,the thermal conductivity of the board was improved,and the thermal insulation rate was decreased.It is considered that the production cost can be reduced by controlling the dosage of filling materials on the premise that the mechanical property requirements of the board can be met.And the thermal insulation property of the board can be improved.
