摘要
研究基于粗纱工序纺制的短纤皮芯结构纱的影响因素。创新开发了基于粗纱工艺的短纤包短纤皮芯结构纱,在粗纱机上采用特殊结构的喇叭口将棉条与粗纱同时喂入牵伸区,经牵伸加捻纺制成皮芯结构粗纱,再经细纱工序获得皮芯结构纱。探究了棉条与粗纱的喂入形式、芯纤维比例和粗纱定量等因素对皮芯结构纱的影响。利用图像法测量皮芯结构纱的芯纤维外露比例及其变异参数,对皮芯结构纱的外观效果进行定量分析,得到了皮芯结构纱的变化规律。芯纤维比例恒定,粗纱定量增加时,短纤皮芯结构纱芯纤维外露比例及其变异参数呈减小趋势;粗纱定量恒定,芯纤维比例减少时,短纤皮芯结构纱芯纤维外露比例及其变异参数减小。
The influence factors of staple fiber sheath-core structure yarn based on roving process were studied.The sheath-core structure yarn with staple fibers covering staple fibers based on roving process was innovated and developed.The horn mouth with special structure was adopted in roving frame to feed the cotton sliver and roving to drafting area at the same time.The roving with the sheath-core structure was spun after drafting and twisting.And the sheath-core structure yarn was obtained after spinning process.The influence of cotton sliver and roving feeding form,corn fiber proportion,roving weight per unit on the sheath-core structure yarn were explored.The core fiber exposed ratio and its CV value of the sheath-core structure yarn were measured by the image method.Quantitative analysis on the appearance of the sheath-core structure yarn was proceeded.The change rule of sheath-core structure yarns was obtained.When the proportion of core fiber was constant and the roving weight per unit was increased,the core fiber exposed ratio and its CV value of the staple fiber sheath-core structure yarn showed a decrease trend.When the roving weight per unit was constant and the proportion of core fiber was decreased,the core fiber exposed ratio and its CV value of the staple fiber sheath-core structure yarn was decreased.
