摘要
采用有限元法对吊机封固装置的支撑结构进行计算,依据计算结果改进结构设计,得出满足规范要求的支撑结构设计。根据建造阶段遇到的干涉问题及调试的特殊需求,侧重施工便利,依据计算结果修改结构设计,阐明设计/建造阶段支撑结构设计逐步完善的过程,总结出支撑结构的设计要点。
The supporting structure of crane's fastening device is calculated by the finite element method.To meet the code,the supporting structure design is improved according to the calculation results.Because of the interference problems encountered in the construction stage and the special needs of commissioning,the supporting structural design emphasizing the construction convenience is modified according to the calculation results.The process of gradual improvement of the supporting structure design in the design/construction stage is clarified,and the design key points of the supporting structure are summarized.
