摘要
新型干法水泥窑头烟尘中粉尘含量大且粉尘颗粒粗,普通针刺滤料的使用无法完全满足超低排放的要求,而覆膜滤料又会面临粉尘冲刷产生PTFE膜破损的风险。文章从减小滤料孔径及增加滤料孔隙率对粉尘过滤效率的影响出发,探讨水泥窑头除尘器超净滤料选型的几种应对策略。
The smoke dust in new-type dry cement kiln head has high dust content and coarse dust particles.Ordinary needle-punched filter material cannot fully meet the requirements of ultra-clean emission,and membrane filter material faces the risk of PTFE membrane damage caused by dust scouring.Based on the influence of reducing the bore diameter of filter material and increasing the porosity of filter material on dust filtration efficiency,this paper discussed several coping strategies in the selection of ultra-clean filter material for cement kiln head deduster.
