摘要
针对乙炔清净工序次氯酸钠配制装置中稀次氯酸钠有效氯浓度人工取样分析存在的不及时、工作量大的状况,增加了有效氯在线分析仪,实现了对稀次氯酸钠有效氯浓度的及时检测,降低了劳动强度,消除了稀次氯酸钠有效氯浓度波动大对乙炔清净工序产生的不利影响。
Aiming at problems,such as not giving determination results and high workload,of manual sampling analysis for effective chlorine content in dilute sodium hypochlorite sodium prepared from tsynthesis facility of sodium hypochlorite sodium in acetylene clean process,an on-line analyzer for effetive chlorine content was adopted.So the timely detection of effective chlorine content in dilute sodiumhypochlorite was realized,the labor intensity was decreased,and the adverse effects of the fluctuation ofeffective chlorine content in sodium hypochlorite on acetylene cleaning process were eliminated.
