高通量设备在乙炔氢氯化合成氯乙烯反应催化剂评价中的应用

摘要 介绍了高通量设备的组成部件及应用于乙炔氢氯化反应催化剂评价的工艺流程。考察了不同温度、空速下乙炔氢氯化反应催化剂的催化性能变化。结果表明:该高通量评价装置在催化剂性能评价方面具有更好的对比性和重现性,可加快对无汞催化剂的研发。 Components of high-throughput equipment were introduced as well as the processwhile the equipment was applied to the evaluation of catalysts for the hydrochlorination of acetylene.Under different temperature and space velocity,the catalytic performances of acetylene hydrochlorination catalysts were investigated.The results showed that the high-throughput evaluation device had better comparability and reproducibility in catalyst performance evaluation,and could accelerate the development of mercury-free catalyst.
