摘要
采用数值方法对物探调查船全船结构振动进行分析。通过建立全船结构三维有限元动力学分析模型,进行全船固有频率计算,给出船体结构主要振动模态,判断其与主要激振力频率(如轴频、叶频、首侧推激励频率等)发生共振的可能性。最后,采用结构动力学有限元分析技术,开展物探调查船振动频响分析。结果表明,全船无整体共振风险,在虑及首侧推激励的情况下,各舱室甲板的振动速度均小于规范要求,但首侧推激励对靠近它的舱室振动响应水平有一定的影响,在设计时应加以重视。
The vibration analysis of whole ship structures of a geophysical survey vessel is performed based on numerical analysis method.A 3D finite element dynamic analysis model of the whole ship structure is established,then the natural frequencies and the main vibration modes of the hull structure are given.Possible resonance conditions are investigated considering the excitation from engines,propeller and bow thruster.Finally,the vibration frequency response analysis of geophysical survey vessel is carried out by using structural dynamics finite element analysis technology.The results show that the whole ship has no risk of overall resonance.The results of vibration response analysis show that the vibration velocities of all decks are less than the required in the rule when the bow thruster excitation is taken into account.However,the bow thrust excitation has some influence on the vibration response level of the cabin close to it,which should be paid attention to in the design.
