摘要
大型船用浮筏气囊隔振系统容易产生弹性变形,会导致筏架上设备之间产生相对位移,危及设备运行安全。为抑制筏架的弹性变形,提出一种基于位移参数识别的气囊控制方法。利用位移传感器参数提出筏架弹性变形的评价指标,基于气囊压力和高度偏差选取需要调整的气囊编号,并采用模糊控制确定气囊调整时间。试验结果表明,该方法可以有效抑制筏架的弹性变形,并且具有较高的控制精度。
The air spring vibration isolation system of large marine floating raft generate elastic deformation easily,which will result in relative displacement between devices on raft and affect operational safety.In order to restrain the elastic deformation of raft,an air spring control method is proposed based on displacement parameter identification:first,a evaluation index of raft elastic deformation is put forward by using displacement sensor parameters;then,select the air spring to be adjusted based on air spring's pressure and height deviation and fuzzy control is used to determine the adjustment time of air spring.The test results show that this method can effectively restrain the elastic deformation of raft.
