摘要
介绍了微发泡成型技术的优势及产业化的应用,分析了PA6/GF类耐高温制品有外观需求时浇口位置及结构优化方案,阐述了模具排气的特殊结构设计及批量生产中关键工艺参数的控制。实际生产中采用MUCELL微发泡成型技术不仅可以减轻制品质量、保证尺寸稳定性、提高制品表面外观质量,还可以改善成型制品欠料、外观凹坑及流痕等缺陷。
The advantages and applications of microcellular foaming were introduced.It analyzed an optimization plan of gate position and structure,elaborated a special exhaust structure of mould as well as some key process parameters during mass production under the condition that PA6/GF high temperature resistant products have appearance requirements.During the actual manufacture,the MUCELL microcellular foaming could not only reduce the weight,ensure dimensional stability,and improve the appearance quality,but also improve the defects of moulding products.
