摘要
《悉尼协议》是国际上对于工程技术类高等教育机构及其培养的工程技术员的资质互认协议,核心理念是:以学生为中心,以成果为导向,倡导持续改进,提倡创新、鼓励特色,其与1+X证书制度建设的指导思想具有内在的同理性。基于此,对尚处于试点期、体系仍需细化完善的1+X证书制度进行若干思考,以期完善1+X证书制度建设体系,形成中国特色的职业教育和培训体系。
"Sydney Agreement"is an international mutual recognition agreement for the qualifications of engineering and technical institutions of higher education and their trained engineering technicians.The core idea is:student-centered,results-oriented,advocating continuous improvement,advocating innovation,and encouraging the characteristics.It has internal synergy with the guiding ideology of the construction of 1+X certificate system.Based on this,some thoughts have been made on the 1+X certificate system that is still in the pilot period and the system still needs to be refined,with the view to perfect the construction system of 1+X certificate system and form vocational education and training system with Chinese characteristics.
