新时代高校劳动教育体系的构建

Construction of University Labor Education System in the New Era

劳动教育在高校人才培养过程中长期缺位。高校劳动教育体系要坚持价值性原则、层次性原则、渗透性原则、共享性原则、示范性原则以及时代性原则。从新时代高校劳动教育的科学内涵、要义、原则入手,提出构建新时代高校劳动教育体系的五点措施,即构建系统化的劳动教育课程体系、全员性的劳动育人协同机制、专业化的劳动教育师资队伍、多元化的劳动教育实践平台、科学化的劳动素养评价制度。

Labor education is absent for a long time in the process of talents training in colleges and universities.The labor education system in colleges and universities should adhere to the principles of value,hierarchy,permeability,sharing,demonstration,and times.Starting from scientific connotation,essence,and principle of labor education in the new era,the paper puts forward five measures to construct university labor education system in the new era,namely,build systematic education course system,companywide labor education synergy mechanism,the specialization of labor education faculty,diversification of labor education practice platform,and scientific labor quality evaluation system.
