摘要
为了提高保护渣在CSP生产包晶钢过程中的匹配性,针对CSP工艺的连铸特点及包晶钢的凝固特点,总结了两者对保护渣理化性能的要求;对工厂CSP包晶钢连铸保护渣1号进行优化得到保护渣2号,并通过单双丝热电偶技术、高温旋转黏度仪、扫描电镜对其熔化性能、传热性能、黏流性能、结晶性能展开了具体表征与评价。研究结果表明,保护渣2号的润滑性能与控热能力均优于保护渣1号,较好地解决了润滑与传热的之间的矛盾;除此以外,保护渣2号的熔化温度较低,熔速较快,具有良好的熔化性能。因此,保护渣2号的理化性能优异,满足了CSP包晶钢连铸保护渣的设计与性能要求。
In order to improve the compatibility of mold fluxes in the process of peritectic steels by CSP technology,according to the characteristics of CSP continuous casting process and the solidification characteristics of peritectic steels,the comprehensive properties of the mold fluxes were summarized.The mold flux No.2 was obtained by optimizing the mold flux No.1 of CSP continuous casting.The properties of melting,heat transfer,viscous flow and crystallization were characterized and evaluated by single and double hot thermocouple technology,high temperature rotating viscometer and scanning electron microscope.The results showed that the lubrication performance and heat control capacity of mold flux No.2 were better than that of slag No.1,which solved the contradiction between lubrication and heat transfer.Besides,the melting temperature of mold flux No.2 was lower,the melting speed was faster,and the melting performance was better.Therefore,the comprehensive properties of mold flux No.2 were excellent,which met the design and performance requirements of the production for peritectic steel by CSP technology.
