利用激光快速测量热态铸坯宽度的方法

A method to measure width of hot casting blank by laser

为了能在连铸生产过程中快速测量铸坯宽度,往往把热态铸坯用天车吊离连铸辊道,用自制测量标尺简单测量,但由于高温炙烤,现场人员并不能准确测量铸坯宽度。采用激光测距仪,并制作相应装置,不用天车吊运铸坯,可实现铸坯宽度快速测量。通过跟踪对比,测量数值准确,且能实现连续或随时测量。

In order to measure the slab width quickly in the process of continuous casting production,the hot slab is often lifted off the roller table with a crane and measured simply with a self-made measuring scale.However,due to the high temperature baking,field staff cannot measure the slab width accurately.Laser rangefinder is used and corresponding device is made.The blank width can be measured quickly without crane.By tracking and comparing,the measured values are accurate and can be measured continuously or at any time.
