摘要
为了提高禁用偶氮染料的检测回收率,对萃取过程最佳测试条件的选择进行了空白加标回收率的确认。实验结果表明,采用Dikma固相萃取柱,并用夸克阀对萃取液流速进行控制,用叔丁基甲醚作萃取液,过柱前向反应液中加入0.2mL 20%NaOH溶液,可以有效提高禁用偶氮燃料的检测回收率,确保检测结果的准确度。
In order to improve the detection recovery rate of banned azo dyes,blank spike detection was confirmed for the selection of the optimal test conditions in the extraction process.The results showed that using Dikma solid phase extraction column and a quark valve to control the flow rate of the extraction liquid;using tert-butyl methyl ether as the extraction liquid,and adding 0.2 mL of 20%NaOH solution to the reaction liquid can effectively improve the recovery rate of banned azo dyes,so as to ensure the accuracy of the test results.
