摘要
为了更好地指导设计研发防电磁辐射性能织物,文章分析了防电磁辐射性能测试仪的现状,指出了纺织品屏蔽效能测试的弊端;通过设计多功能测试架、设计新型纱线架、设计新型同轴支架、配置新型网络分析仪,设计研发了新型纺织品防电磁辐射性能测试仪,并分析了该测试仪的技术创新点;最后通过代表试样屏蔽效能测试数据的对比分析,对该研发设备的测试数据进行了验证。该研发仪器实现了高速、高效、经济防电磁辐射纺织品的设计研发与屏蔽效能测试机制。
In order to better guide the design and development of anti electromagnetic radiation performance fabric,the paper analyzes the current situation of anti electromagnetic radiation performance tester,points out the disadvantages of textile shielding effectiveness test;through the design of multi-functional test stand,design of new yarn stand,design of new coaxial stand,configuration of new network analyzer,design and develop a new textile anti electromagnetic radiation performance tester,and analyzes the technological innovations of the tester.Finally,through the comparative analysis of the shielding effectiveness test data of the representative samples,the test data of the research and developed equipment is verified.The device realizes the design and development of high-speed,high-efficiency and economic anti electromagnetic radiation textiles and the tester of shielding effectiveness.
