在新一轮人才培养方案修改的背景下,传统的教学模式正在改变,以就业为导向的模式正转化为培养职业岗位的能力为目标,集中体现了职业教育教学的价值导向,直接影响中职学校学生的综合素质能力和水平。从2005年开始的第一批人才培养方案试行过程中,课程教学改革的当务之急是让教师树立现代职业教育的观念和意识。只有不断改革创新,才能真正实现教学质量的提高。

Under the background of a new round of personnel training program modification,the traditional teaching mode is changing.Employment oriented is transformed into the training goal of vocational post ability,which embodies the value orientation of vocational education and teaching,and directly affects the comprehensive quality ability and level of secondary vocational school students.In the process of the first batch of personnel training programs started in 2005,the urgent task of curriculum teaching reform is to let teachers establish the concept and consciousness of modern vocational education.Only by continuous reform and innovation can we truly improve the teaching quality.
