我院门诊抗菌药物应用的调查分析

Investigat ion and Analysis of the Application of Antibacterial Drugs in Our Hospital

目的对我院2019年度门诊抗菌药物使用情况进行分析,为临床合理用药提供可靠的参考依据.方法调取我院2019年1月~12月期间的门诊处方289435张,并对其中抗菌药物处方36039张进行回顾性调查分析,利用Excel 2007对处方数据进行统计分析.结果门诊抗菌药物使用比例为12.45%,抗菌药物的费用比例为8.22%,不合格处方比例为9.62%,用药频率排前三位的为头孢菌素类、大环内酯类和青霉素类,使用排名前三位的科室为呼吸内科、口腔科及消化内科.门诊抗菌药物主要以口服给药为主,占91.35%,静脉给药占4.78%,主要集中在儿科门诊;抗菌药物联合使用占33.97%,主要为两种药物的联合.结论我院门诊抗菌药物的使用基本合理,但仍有部分不合理之处,建议加强对医务人员的培训,合理选用抗菌药物,提高我院抗菌药物的临床应用水平.

Objective To analyze the use of antibacterial drugs in outpatient clinics of our hospital in 2019,and provide reliable reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods 289435 outpatient prescriptions were collected from January to December 2019 in our hospital,and 36039 antibacterial prescriptions were retrospectively analyzed.Excel 2007 was used for statistical analysis of prescription data.Results The proportion of outpatient antibacterial drugs was 12.45%,the cost ratio of antibacterial drugs was 8.22%,the proportion of unqualified prescriptions was 9.62%,and the top three medication frequency were cephalosporins,macrolides and penicillins.The top three departments used antimicrobials are respiratory medicine,stomatology and gastroenterology.The antibacterials prescribed in outpatient clinics are mainly administered orally,accounting for 91.35%,intravenous administration is 4.78%,mainly concentrated in pediatric clinics;combined use of antibacterial drugs accounts for 33.97%,mainly the combination of two drugs.Conclusion The use of antibacterial drugs in our outpatient clinic is basically reasonable,but there are still some unreasonable points.It is recommended to strengthen the training of medical staff,rationally choose antibacterial drugs,and improve the clinical application level of antibacterial drugs in our hospital.
