我院门诊糖尿病患者用药情况分析

目的对我院门诊糖尿病患者的降糖药物的使用情况进行分析,为临床合理用药提供参考.方法采用回顾性调查分析法,抽取医院2018年6月~2019年6月内分泌科门诊就诊的糖尿病患者处方30219张,利用Excel 2007软件对调取的患者数据进行分类统计及排序,分析患者单次就诊处方用药个数、降糖药物的使用频率、用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)及降糖药物联合用药情况等.结果30219张处方中,使用频率排名前3位的药物分别为双胍类(24.77%),α-糖苷酶抑制剂(19.09%)和DPP-4抑制剂(19.04%);DDC值排名前3位的分别为达格列净(16.29元)、胰岛素注射液(10.63元)及阿卡波糖(10.60元);单次就诊使用降糖药物以单药治疗和两种药物联合治疗为主,单药治疗以胰岛素类药物最多;在降糖药物的联合使用中,两种药物联用最常见,以二甲双胍与α-糖苷酶抑制剂的联合使用最多.结论门诊糖尿病患者常用降糖药物的品种较齐全,用药与相关指南基本一致,总体较为合理.

Objective To an alyze the use of hypoglycemic drugs in outpatients with diabetes in our hospital,so as to provide a reference for clinical rational drug use.Met hods A retrospective survey analysis method was used to extract 30219 prescriptions for diabetic patients from the endocrinology clinic in the hospital from June 2018 to June 2019,and use Excel 2007 software to analyze the patient data,including the number of prescription medications per visit,frequency of use of hypoglycemic drugs,frequency of medication(DDDs),limited daily cost(DDC),and combination of hypoglycemic drugs.ResuIts Among the 30219 prescriptions,the top 3 drugs used frequently were Biguanides(24.77%),α-Glucosidase inhibitors(19.09%)and DPP-4 inhibitors(19.04%);the top 3 DDC values were Dapagliflozin(RMB 16.29),Insulin injection(RMB 10.63),and Acarbose(RMB 10.60).The single-visit use of hypoglycemic drugs was mainly monotherapy and combination of two drugs.Insulin injection are the most used in monotherapy;in the combination of hypoglycemic drugs,the combination of two drugs is the most common,and Metformin and α-Glucosidase inhibitors are the most commonly used.Conclusion There is a complete variety of antidiabetic drugs commonly used in outpatients with diabetes.The medication is basically consistent with the relevant guidelines and is generally reasonable.
