摘要 采用小组工作式健康教育对社区慢性病患者自我管理行为进行干预,探索社区健康教育新形式和慢性病干预新途径。将所选60例受试对象随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采取社区常规慢性病管理,实验组采取小组式健康教育。干预前后,分别采用慢性病患者自我健康管理能力评估量表(CDSMS)和健康调查简表(SF-12)评价实验组和对照组的行为和生活质量。干预后,对照组和观察组自我管理能力量表得分都有提高,观察组与干预前得分相比有统计学差异,观察组评分明显高于对照组,有统计学差异;干预后,对照组和观察组健康调查简表得分都有提高,观察组与干预前得分相比有统计学差异,观察组评分明显高于对照组,有统计学差异。可见,小组工作方法介入社区慢性病患者健康教育具有可行性、有效性。 Group working health education was used to intervene the self-management behavior of the community chronic disease patients,to explore a new form of community health education and a new way of chronic disease intervention.The 60 subjects were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given routine community chronic disease management and the experimental group was given group health education.The behavior and quality of life of the experimental group and the control group were evaluated by Chronic Disease Self-Management Study Measures and the Iranian Version of 12-item Short Form Health Survey respectively.After the intervention,the scores of the Chronic Disease Self-Management Study Measures of the control group and the observation group were improved,and the score of the observation group was statistically different from that before the intervention.The scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the Iranian Version of 12-item Short Form Health Survey scores of the control group and the observation group were improved after intervention.It can be seen that the group work method is feasible and effective to intervene in the health education of the patients with chronic diseases in the community.
