摘要
选取新疆地区的幼儿教师作为样本进行幼儿教师职业幸福感的现状调查研究,结果表明:幼儿教师职业幸福感的总体水平处于中等偏上的水平,不同性别、编制、收入的幼儿教师职业幸福感存在显著性差异,而学历不同的幼儿教师职业幸福感并不存在显著差异。内部因素和外部条件都是影响幼儿教师的职业幸福感的获得的重要因素。因此,可以从幼儿教师、园长、政府等方面采取措施来提高幼儿教师的职业幸福感。
The preschool teachers in the western region were selected as a sample to conduct a survey on the career happiness of preschool teachers.The results show that the overall level of the career happiness of preschool teachers is at the upper middle level.There is a significant difference in occupational wellbeing of kindergarten teachers of different genders,establishments and incomes.But there is no significant difference in occupational well-being of kindergarten teachers who have no grades.Both internal factors and external conditions are important factors that affect the career happiness of preschool teachers.Therefore,measures can be taken from the aspects of kindergarten teachers,principals,and governments to improve the career happiness of them.
