摘要
为探索班组及机台因素对细支卷烟批内卷制质量稳定性的影响,针对3个班组4个机台随机抽取细支卷烟样品,检测吸阻、单支质量、圆周、长度、总通风率及硬度等卷制质量指标并进行统计分析。结果表明:①细支烟批内卷制质量波动相对较大的指标有硬度、总通风率、吸阻和单支质量;②机台(设备)因素对批内细支卷烟产品卷制质量稳定性的影响程度大于班组(人员因素),班组因素主要影响产品的吸阻、总通风率,机台因素主要影响产品的硬度、单支质量。班组与机台的配伍性对细支烟卷制质量的稳定性影响较弱;③甲班在13号、27号机台加工卷制细支烟的卷制质量稳定性及与设计值的接近程度均表现较优。
In order to explore the influence of operator and machine factors on the manufacturing quality stability of within-assay slim cigarette.We randomly selected slim cigarette samples about three operator group and four machines,and detected draw resistance,cigarette weight,circumference,length,total ventilation rate and hardness of samples.The results showed that:①Hardness,total ventilation rate,draw resistance and cigarette weight were selected as manufacturing quality stability index of within-assay slim cigarette because their index data fluctuation were relatively large.②The influence of machine(equipment)factor on manufacturing quality stability is greater than operator group(personnel factor).Operator factor mainly affect draw resistance and total ventilation rate,and equipment factor mainly affect cigarette harness and cigarette weight.The compatibility of operator and equipment has a weak influence on the manufacturing quality stability of slim cigarette.③The manufacturing quality stability and the close degree to the design value of slim cigarette produced by class A using machine No.13 and No.27 are good.
