Solved the Breaking Core Problem in the Process of Smash of Elaeagnus angustifolia L.by TRIZ Theory

沙枣粉碎制备沙枣粉过程中沙枣核易破碎,引起沙枣粉中被混入破碎的核。通过TRIZ创新理论方法分析,为解决沙枣粉碎破核问题获得了不同的解决方案,验证了TRIZ创新方法是解决这一问题的有效工具之一,为后续此类问题的理论研究和实际应用提供了一定的基础。

During the process of smash of Elaeagnus angustifolia L.,the core was easily broken and was mixed into the pulp powder to affect the quality of power.Through the analyse of TRIZ innovation theory and method,different solutions were obtained to solve the problem,which was verified that TRIZ theory was an effective tool and method to the problem.This study also supply foundation for the theoretical research and practical application of these problems.
