摘要
本文以前杠与翼子板间隙问题为研究对象,采用二维尺寸链计算法对设计公差进行了校核,并采用4台份实测数据的均值对问题进行了贡献量分析,发现统计均值偏差之和与问题现象不一致。此时引入匹配验证法,找出造成间隙大且“V”字型间隙问题的真因是前杠重力影响和前杠支架定位面扭曲,制定对策、批量验证无问题。在此基础上,笔者提出了尺寸链分析法和匹配验证法相结合的方法,为解决汽车间隙/面差类问题提供了途径。
The gap problem between the fender and the front bumper was taken as research object,and its design tolerance was checked by two-dimensional dimension chain calculation.The contribution to problem was analyzed using average of 4 sets of measured data of each part.It was found that the sum of deviation average of each part was inconsistent with the phenomenon of problem.At this time,the matching verification method was introduced into finding out the real cause of the large gap and V-shaped gap,which were the gravity influence of front bumper and the distortion of positioning surface of front bumper bracket.Countermeasure was formulated、verified and proved to be correct.The connective method of dimension chain and matching verification is put forward,which proved an important way to solve the problem of gap/flush.
