摘要
复原运动模糊车牌是公安图像处理领域不可或缺的技术环节,复原的运动模糊车牌不仅能使公安机关快速锁定嫌疑车辆,还能使公安机关快速侦破案件。如今公安技术人员大多使用的是一些公司的专业图像处理软件复原运动模糊车牌,而这些软件有着使用费用高、专业性强、普及率不高等问题。将人工估计运动模糊核及点扩散函数(PSF)与Matlab软件中的算法相结合的技术,能有效解决公安领域复原运动模糊车牌存在的问题。该技术是一种成本费用低,简单易学,易于普及的运动模糊车牌复原的方法。
Restoration of motion blur license plate is an indispensable technical link in image processing of public se⁃curity,which enables the public security organs to quickly lock the suspected vehicle and detect cases.Nowadays,profes⁃sional image processing softwares are widely used by public security technician to restore the motion blur license plates.These softwares often cost a lot of money,demand strong professional competence and used by very few people.A low-cost method combining the point spread function with the algorithm in the Matrix Laboratory which is also easy to learn and to popularize is introduced in this passage.It can solve the problem of restoring blurred license plates in the police field.
