学警参与大型活动安保实践教学初探

Practice Teaching for Police College Students Participating in Security Work for Large-scale Activities

学警参与大型活动安保正成为公安院校开展实践教学的新型载体,是公安院校推进实战化教学改革,深化校局合作的良好平台,是开展课程思政的创新平台。学警参与大型活动安保实践教学包括设置科学细化的实践教学目标、以问题为导向重构实践教学内容、采取线上线下混合的实践教学模式,以及进行全程客观的实践教学考核评价等四个步骤。目前,学警参与大型活动安保实践教学还面临一些挑战,应从提升教师实践教学能力,深化实践教学团队建设,完善实践教学管理制度等方面进行改进。

Participation of police college students in security work for large-scale activities is becoming a new carrier to carry out practical teaching,a good platform to promote actual-combat-oriented teaching reform and deepen cooperation between school and bureau,and also an innovative platform to develop courses integrating into ideological and political ed⁃ucation.The practice teaching includes four steps.The first is to set scientific and detailed teaching objectives,the second it to reconstruct teaching content based on problem orientation,the third is to adopt a blended mode of online and offline,and the fourth is to evaluate objectively.Practical teaching ability of teachers should be improved,construction of the practi⁃cal teaching team should be deepened and the practical teaching management system should be perfected to meet the chal⁃lenges.
