摘要
针对新田岭白钨矿选矿废水中可溶性SiO2浓度和pH值较高的情况,采用常规混凝沉降方法,考察了混凝剂种类、混凝反应时间、废水pH值及混凝剂用量等因素对混凝反应的影响,优化了废水混凝处理工艺。混凝处理水回用于浮选试验表明,处理水完全可以回用于白钨矿浮选。
The conventional coagulation sedimentation method was adopted to solve problems such as the high concentration of the water⁃soluble SiO2 and high pH value of the wastewater from the scheelite flotation in the Xintianlin Mine.The influence of coagulant type,coagulation time,wastewater pH value and coagulant dosage on coagulation reaction was investigated and the wastewater coagulation treatment process was optimized.The flotation tests using the recycled water from coagulation treatment show that it is suitable for scheelite flotation.
