摘要
采用磁选⁃浮选联合工艺回收马来西亚某高硫铜矿中的铜,在磁场强度1.0 T条件下经过2次磁选预处理,磁选精矿经一粗二精浮选得到铜品位11.15%、回收率24.29%的铜精矿1,磁选尾矿经二粗三精一扫浮选得到铜品位6.07%、回收率36.39%的铜精矿2,铜总回收率为60.68%,实现了铜硫分离。
A combined process consisting of magnetic separation and flotation was introduced to recover copper in a high-sulfur copper ore from Malaysia. The concentrate obtained after pretreatments of twice magnetic separation under magnetic field strength of 1.0 T was then subjected to a flotation with the flowsheet consisting of one roughing and two cleaning processes, resulting in the №1 copper concentrate grading 11.15% Cu at 24.29% recovery. The magnetic separation tailings were then subjected to the floatation by adopting another flowsheet consisting of two roughing, three stages of cleaning and one scavenging, resulting in the №2 copper concentrate grading 6.07% Cu at 36.39% recovery. The total Cu recovery reached 60.68%, indicating that Cu-S separation is actualized.
