摘要
对湖南某金矿进行了浮选工艺研究,确定了最佳工艺参数和工艺流程。在磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占75.84%时,采用一次粗选二次精选二次扫选、中矿顺序返回的闭路流程,获得了金品位52.24 g/t、回收率84.58%的金精矿。
Based on the research of flotation technique for some gold ore in Hunan Province,optimal processing parameters and flowsheet were proposed.With a fineness of-0.074 mm 75.84%,the gold ore was subjected to a close⁃circuit flotation consisting of one roughing,two stages of cleaning and two stages of scavenging processes,with the middlings returned sequentially.As a result,the gold concentrate grading 52.24 g/t Au at 84.58%recovery was obtained.
