摘要
随着计算机应用领域的不断发展,处理的信息量越来越多,对存储器的工作速度和容量要求也越来越高,异步双端口静态存储器在高速多处理系统中广泛应用。因此,研究异步双端口静态存储器测试具有十分重要意义。该文以IDT公司的IDT70V631S高速256K*18异步双端口静态存储器器件为例,介绍了异步双端口静态存储器的基本工作原理,阐述了基于V93000测试系统的MTP软件生成测试向量的方法,从而更高效、简便地对异步双端口静态存储器进行评价。
With the continuous development of the computer application field,the amount of processed information is increasing,and the requirements for the working speed and capacity of the memory are getting higher and higher.Asynchronous dual-port static memory is widely used in high-speed multi-processing systems.Therefore,it is of great significance to study asynchronous dual-port static memory testing.This paper takes IDT70V631S high-speed 256K*18 asynchronous dual-port static memory device of IDT Company as an example,introduces the basic working principle of asynchronous dual-port static memory,and explains the method of generating test vectors based on the MTP software of the V930000 test system,which is more efficient and Easily evaluate asynchronous dual-port static memory.
