为适应信息化战争中对信息共享、实时监视的要求,该文分析了军事作业管理方法的特点,提出了一种基于统筹图的作业管理技术,并设计了相应的作业管理软件。通过作业编排,作业处理,作业监控以及数据分析等模块的设计,实现了信息有序的流转,并提供了持续改进活动设计的方法,提升了作业效率。

In order to meet the requirements of information sharing and real-time monitoring in IT-based warfare,this paper analyzes the characteristics of military operations management methods,proposes an operation management technology based on overall planning,and designs corresponding operation management software.Through the design of job scheduling,job processing,job monitoring and data analysis modules,the orderly flow of information has been realized,and a method for continuous improvement of activity design has been provided,which has improved the efficiency of operations.
