摘要
供应商管理是影响产品交付和质量的重要因素。该文基于供应商管理现状,结合航天型号全级次供应商管理要求和个人工作实际,提出了全级次供应商管理要点以及全级次供应商管理体系建设应作的工作。
Supplier management is an important factor affecting product delivery and quality.This paper is based on the current status of aerospace product supplier management,combined with the model complete set of secondary supplier management requirement and personal work practice.The key points of Full-grade sub-supplier management are put forward,and the whole level of the construction of the supplier management system should be done.
