基层党支部是党的基础组织,是党在社会基层组织中的战斗堡垒。为更好地彰显基层党支部的号召力、凝聚力和战斗力,福建信息职业技术学院电子工程系教工党支部通过开展"以赛促教,推进教学模式改革"活动,发挥党员教师的先锋模范作用,导正职业教育观念和意识,教育师生积极投身岗位能力训练。将技能大赛所要求的知识与技能融入专业课程教学中,促进了竞赛资源的转化和教学质量的提升,并进一步促进了系部的专业建设和教学模式改革进程,提高了学生的实践能力和综合素质,强化了教师队伍建设。

The grass-roots Party branch is the basic organization of the party and the Battle Fortress of the party in the social grass-roots organizations.In order to better demonstrate the appeal,cohesion and combat effectiveness of the grass-roots Party branch,the teaching staff party branch of the Electronic Engineering Department of Fujian Institute of information technology has carried out the activity of"Promoting The Reform of Teaching Mode through Vocational Skills Competition",giving play to the vanguard and exemplary role of Party members and teachers,guiding the concept and consciousness of vocational education,and educating teachers and students to actively participate in post ability training.The knowledge and skills required by skills competition are integrated into the teaching of professional courses,which promotes the transformation of competition resources and the improvement of teaching quality,further promotes the professional construction and teaching mode reform process of the Department,improves the practical ability and comprehensive quality of students,and strengthens the construction of teachers.
