电子装备分机再次装盖水密性因素研究

摘要 电子装备分机是电子装备实现电气性能的关键功能部件,水密性是外装电子装备分机的重要性能之一。该文针对电子装备分机再次装盖的水密性问题,对水密性因素进行研究,识别出影响水密性的风险因素,并通过试验验证了风险应对措施的有效性。应用结果表明,该文识别的水密性因素及应对措施实用有效,可保证电子装备分机再次装盖后仍具有水密性。 Electronic equipment cabinet is a key functional component to achieve electrical performance.Water tightness is one of the important performances of external cabinets.Aiming at the water tightness problem of external cabinet re-capping,this paper studies the factor of water tightness,identifies the risk factors,and verifies the effectiveness of risk response measures through experiments.The application result shows that the water tightness factors and the risk response measures are practical and effective,which can ensure that the external cabinet still has water tightness after being re-capped.
