吉林省宏观经济低位回升预期继续回暖

Jilin Province Macroeconomic Rise from Low Level,Expected to Continue Rebounding

2010年以来,长春中支基于每季度开展的对吉林省企业家、银行家和城镇储户的问卷调查,形成综合分析。该项综合分析得到总行肯定,并先后多次获省领导肯定性批示,已成为长春中心支行利用自身监测手段判断地方经济走势的重要工具,是经济调查亮点工作中的一张"名片"。2020年2季度,对吉林省内137户工业企业、75家银行机构、3600户城镇储户问卷的调查显示:当前宏观经济热度恢复性提升,物价预期有所降低,货币政策持续宽松,对小企业审批宽松度有所提高;企业固定资产投资和出口有所提升,经营和盈利状况有所改善;居民收入小幅提高,就业、消费略有下降。对宏观经济形势、企业经营及盈利、居民就业及消费的预期向好。

Since 2010,Changchun Central Sub-branch has formed a comprehensive analysis based on quarterly surveys of entrepreneurs,bankers and urban savers in Jilin Province.This comprehensive analysis has been affirmed by the head office and has been approved by the provincial leaders for many times.It has become an important tool for Changchun Central Sub-branch to judge the local economic trend by its own monitoring means and a"calling card"in the highlight work of economic survey.In the second quarter of 2020,a questionnaire survey of 137 industrial enterprises,75 banking institutions and 3,600 urban depositors in Jilin Province showed that the current macroeconomic heat recovery was improving,the price expectation was reduced,the monetary policy was continuously loose,and the examination and approval degree of small enterprises was improved.Investment in fixed assets and exports of enterprises improved,and their operating and profit performance improved.Personal income rose slightly,while employment and consumption declined slightly.Expectations for next quarter's macroeconomic situation,business operations and earnings,employment and consumption are better than this quarter's.
