中国成年人膳食多酚类化合物摄入状况——基于CHNS数据 被引量:3

摘要 目的评估中国成年人膳食多酚类化合物的摄入量,为多酚健康效应研究和膳食指南制订提供依据。方法利用2011年中国健康与营养调查膳食调查(China Health and Nutrition Survey,CHNS)数据和多酚含量数据库,评估中国成年人膳食多酚类化合物摄入量,确定主要食物来源,并比较不同人群多酚摄入差异。结果中国成年人每日膳食总多酚、黄酮、酚酸摄入量分别为109.30、59.00和31.59 mg/d,远低于西方和日本等发达国家。蔬菜、水果和谷薯类食物是中国居民膳食多酚类化合物摄入的主要途径,但调查人群水果摄入量远低于中国居民膳食指南标准。总多酚、黄酮、酚酸摄入量男性低于女性,农村低于城市,初中及以下学历人群低于其他人群。总多酚、酚酸摄入量南方低于北方。结论中国人群膳食多酚摄入水平较低,调查资料中非酒精性饮料膳食数据缺失可能是主要影响因素。低学历、南方、农村和男性群体多酚类化合物摄入量相对更少。 Objective This work aimed to estimate dietary polyphenols intake in Chinese adults and to provide basic data for the study of the health effects of polyphenols and the development of dietary guidelines.Methods Dietary data from the China Health and Nutrition Survey(CHNS)in 2011 and polyphenol content database(United States Department of Agriculture,Phenol-Explorer)were used to estimate the dietary polyphenols intake in Chinese adults and determine the major food sources of polyphenols.Differences in polyphenol intake among different populations were compared.Results Dietary intake of total polyphenols,flavonoids and phenolic acids in Chinese adults were 109.30,59.00 and 31.59 mg/day,respectively,which were far lower than those in developed countries such as UK and Japan.The main food sources of polyphenols were vegetables,fruits,cereals and tuber crops.The intakes of fruits in Chinese adults were much lower than the dietary guidelines for Chinese residents.The intake of total polyphenols,flavonoids and phenolic acids was lower in men than in women,lower in rural areas than in urban areas,and lower in people with a junior school education than in other groups.The intake of total polyphenols and phenolic acid were lower in southern residents than in northern residents.Conclusion The intake level of dietary polyphenols is comparatively lower in Chinese adults than in the residents in other countries and the lack of data of non-alcoholic beverages may be the main influencing factor.The intakes of polyphenols are relatively less in less-educated,rural residents,southern residents and men than in the other populations.
