摘要
近年来,随着我国经济社会的不断发展,建筑工程的建设规模越来越大,各地经常会出现超过十层以上的建筑物,这些高层或超高层在深基坑方面由之前的6~8m的标准发展得更大、更深,深基坑的施工技术也因此而变得更加普及。深基坑工程经常会位于一些已有建筑物的附近,虽然是一种临时性建筑,但是施工的基础十分复杂,如果没有真正了解建筑深基坑施工的实际技术要点,不仅会对基坑的安全性产生很大影响,甚至还会影响周边的一些建筑物,造成极为严重的后果。基于此,文章主要讨论了建筑深基坑施工过程中涉及的支护结构、内支撑结构、锚杆结构,以及基坑降水施工、土方开挖施工和基坑监测方面的内容,并在分析的过程中提出了相关建议,以供参考。
In recent years,with the continuous development of our country’s economy and society,the construction scale of construction projects is becoming larger and larger,and more than ten stories of buildings often appear in various places.These high-rise or super-high-rise buildings have developed larger and deeper from the previous standards of 6~8 m in deep foundation pit,and the construction technology of deep foundation pit has become more popular.Deep foundation pit works are often located near some existing buildings,although it is a temporary building,but the construction foundation is very complex,if not really The practical technical points of deep foundation pit construction will not only have a great impact on the safety of foundation pit,but also affect some surrounding buildings,resulting in extremely serious consequences.Based on this,this paper mainly discusses the supporting structure,internal support structure,anchor structure involved in the construction of deep foundation pit,as well as the contents of foundation pit dewatering construction,earthwork excavation construction and foundation pit monitoring,and puts forward relevant suggestions for reference in the process of analysis.
