摘要
机械制造装备设计课程是机械设计制造及其自动化专业核心课程,针对该课程特点与教学过程中发现的问题,基于美国麻省理工学院等4所顶尖工业大学倡导的CDIO工程教育理念,对课堂教学、实验教学及考核方式进行改革,并在教学过程中加以实施.针对传统课堂教学中存在内容枯燥、效率低、实验教学比重小以及考试形式单一的问题,提出基于CDIO理念以项目为单元对课堂教学和考核方式进行优化,为机械制造装备设计课程进一步教学的开展奠定了基础.
The mechanical manufacturing equipment design is a one of the major compulsory courses for mechanics majors.Based on course characteristics and existing teaching problems,we focused on the teaching reform during the classroom teaching,experimental teaching and examination according to the CDIO engineering education concept,which was advocated by the worldwide top 4 industrial universities including MIT in the United States.Aiming at the problems existing in traditional classroom teaching,such as dull content,low efficiency,small proportion of experimental teaching and single examination form,proposed to optimize classroom teaching and examination method based on CDIO concept and taking project as unit,which lays a foundation for further teaching of machinery manufacturing equipment design course.
