摘要
利用反馈信号求得正交调制器等效基带信号模型的系数及相应的I/Q信号传输模型,据此在基带处理环节中设置一个与其互补的校正网络,抵消射频信号中的镜像及本振泄漏成分。正交解调器/零中频接收有类似的信号模型,同样可以在基带接收处理中设置一个互补网络,校正其中的镜像泄漏与直流漂移分量。
This paper utilizes the feedback signal to obtain the coefficients in equivalent baseband model of quadrature modulator and the corresponding I/Q signal transmission model. Based on this, a complementary calibration network is set to mitigate the mirror and local oscillator leakages in the RF signal. Similarly, the quadrature demodulator or ZIF receiver also has the similar signal model and then a complementary network is set in the baseband receiving process to calibrate the mirror leakage and DC drift component.
