摘要
基站的位置是移动网络的核心资源数据,但目前存在大量台账数据是不准确的,严重影响了日常网络优化、规划等工作。从基站小区获取到的MR数据出发,提出一种基于MR大数据的基站小区定位方法,采用大数据算法构建模型,实现台账坐标经纬度的预测,目前已经在现网部署试点应用,辅助校正错误的基站工参信息,取得了较好的预期效果,提升了日常网络优化、规划的工作效率,为基站网络覆盖质量提升提供了有力支撑。
The base station locations are the core resource data of mobile network, but there are a lot of inaccurate account data, which seriously affects the daily network optimization and planning. Starting from the MR(measurement report) data collected by the base station cell, this paper proposes a localization method for the base station cell based on MR big data. Specifically, the big data algorithm is used to build the model to realize the prediction of the longitude and latitude of the account coordinates. At present, it has been deployed in the pilot application of the current network and achieved a good expected result in correcting the wrong base station working parameters, which improves the work efficiency of the daily network optimization and planning. Hence the proposed solution provides a strong support for the improvement of base station network coverage quality.
