摘要
本研究通过对美国引种湿地松自由授粉半同胞家系在信丰试验点的保存率和树高胸径生长情况调查,来对引种材料进行评价,并通过差异性分析筛选早期速生型优良家系。结果表明:引种家系具有较好的适应性(平均保存率达到了90.60%),且树高和胸径生长明显优于本地马尾松和湿地松良种。根据各参试家系的育种值排名筛选出F612、F4214和F7109三个早期表现速生的优良家系,其平均树高为4.41 m,树高的平均遗传增益为3.44%;平均胸径为60.96 mm,胸径的平均遗传增益为3.87%。
This study evaluated the introduced materials by investigating the survival rate and growth of the semi-sibling families of free-pollinated Pinus elliottii introduced from the United States,and screened early fast-growing excellent families by genetic selection.The results showed that the tested families had better adaptability(average survival rate reached 90.60%),and the growth of tree height and DBH was significantly better than that of local P.massoniana and P.elliottii,indicating that the introduction effect was obvious.According to the breeding value ranking of the participating families,three early fast-growing excellent families F612,F4214 and F7109 were selected.The average tree height was 4.41 m,the average genetic gain of the tree height was 3.44%;the average DBH was 60.96 mm,and the average genetic gain of DBH is 3.87%.
