不同扦插基质对金边瑞香扦插生根的影响 被引量:11

摘要 为比较不同扦插基质对金边瑞香在全日光喷雾条件下扦插生根情况的差异,以一年生金边瑞香枝条为插穗,在200 mg·kg^-1萘乙酸蘸5 s后,扦插在珍珠岩、粗蛭石、细蛭石、砻糠灰、泥炭5种基质上,研究其对生根速度、根系生长情况的影响。结果表明:扦插在细蛭石和泥炭上的穗条生根速度最快,扦插10 d后穗条出愈率达100%;不同处理对侧根数量影响也达到显著水平,对侧根数量多少的基质处理影响大小为:珍珠岩>砻糠灰>粗蛭石>细蛭石>泥炭;对根系干物质量的基质处理影响大小为:珍珠岩>粗蛭石>细蛭石>砻糠灰>泥炭。对根系生长情况与基质物理性质相关性分析表明,基质容重与7 d出愈率和总孔隙度、持水孔隙度与最长侧根长的相关性均达到了极显著水平。 In order to compare the difference of rooting conditions of Daphne odora var.marginata under the condition of all sunlight spray under different cutting media,the annual branches of D.odora var.marginata were inserted into 5 substrates,such as perlite,vermiculite,vermiculite,chaff ash and peat,after being dipped in 200 ppm naphthalene acetic acid.The effects of different cutting media on rooting speed and root growth were studied.The results showed that cuttings were found in fine vermiculite and peat in 5 seconds substrates.The results showed that the rooting speed of the cuttings was the fastest,and the healing rate of cuttings reached 100%after 10 days of cutting;the effects of different treatments on the number of lateral roots were also significant,with the treatment of perlite>rice husk ash>coarse vermiculite>fine vermiculite>peat;and the effects on the dry matter quality of root were as follows:Perlite>coarse vermiculite>fine vermiculite>husk ash>peat.The correlation analysis between the root growth and the physical properties of the substrate showed that the correlation between the root volume density and the 7 days healing rate,total porosity,water holding porosity and the longest lateral root length reached a very significant level.
