成渝经济区旅游收入与产出效率的空间格局研究

Research on the Spatial Pattern of TourismIncome and Output Efficiency in Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone

旅游收入是衡量旅游业发展水平的主要指标,旅游产出效率是反映旅游经济质量的重要指标。利用2018年截面数据,采用数据包络分析模型DEA,计算成渝经济区各县(区)旅游业产出效率,交叉运用空间地理分析与空间计量方法,显示区域旅游收入与产出效率的空间格局。研究发现成渝地区旅游收入与旅游综合效率空间分布呈现“核心-边缘”扩散状态,其中旅游收入显示出“极核-边缘”形态,旅游综合效率呈“核心-轴线”型扩散分布,但川渝两地高值区并未有效连通;旅游收入和效率的分组差异存在尺度效应;区域旅游收入的空间滞后回归解释模型有效,旅游产出效率的弹性影响小于GDP和第三产业占比。基于分析结果,提出包括着重提高区域旅游发展效率,发挥旅游业的区域扩散效应,增强旅游发展的地区协同能力,实施差异化区域旅游发展策略的发展建议。

Tourism income is the main indicator to measure the development level of tourism,and tourism output efficiency is an important indicator of the quality of tourism economy.This paper uses the section data of 2018 and DEA,a data envelope analysis model,to calculate the output efficiency of the tourism industry in the counties(districts)of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone,and cross-uses spatial geographic analysis and spatial measurement methods to show the spatial pattern of regional tourism income and output efficiency.The research finds that the spatial distribution of tourism income and tourism comprehensive efficiency in Chengdu-Chongqing region presents the diffusion state of“core-edge”,among which tourism income shows the form of“polar core-edge”,and tourism comprehensive efficiency presents the diffusion distribution of“core-axis”,but the high-value areas in Sichuan and Chongqing are not effectively connected.There are scale effects on the grouping differences of tourism income and efficiency.The spatial lag regression interpretation model of regional tourism revenue is effective and the elastic influence of tourism output efficiency is less than the proportion of GDP and tertiary industry.Based on the analysis results,some suggestions are put forward,including improving the efficiency of regional tourism development,giving play to the regional diffusion effect of tourism,enhancing the regional coordination ability of tourism development,and implementing differentiated regional tourism development strategies.
