不同剂量阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹疗效分析

Analysis of the effects of different dose of acyclovir in the treatment of Herpes zoste

目的分析不同剂量阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法收集我科2015年1月至2018年1月期间,住院并使用阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的患者资料并进行回顾性分析。结果使用高剂量阿昔洛韦治疗组的无新发疹时间、开始结痂时间、疼痛缓解时间及平均住院日等指标均优于低剂量组。结论高剂量阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹疗效优于低剂量阿昔洛韦者。

Objective To analyze the effect of different doses of acvclovir in treatment of Herpes zoster.Methods The data of inpatients who dignosed with Herpes zoster and treated by acyclovir during January 2015 to January 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.Results The group using high-dose acyclovir are better than the low-dose group in the target of stopping new rashes,starting scabs,allaying pain and shorting average length of stay.Conclusion The effect on the treatment of Herpes zoster with high-dose acyclovir was better than that of low-dose acyclovir.
