大光斑低能量Q开关1064nm激光联合复合酸及中药治疗黄褐斑疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察Q开关1 064nm激光大光斑低能量照射联合复合酸及中药治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效及安全性。方法将50例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各25例,治疗组Q开关1 064nm激光大光斑低能量照射配合复合酸及中药治疗,对照组使用复合酸面膜及口服中药治疗。治疗前后对患者进行mMASI评分,治疗中记录不良反应,治疗结束评价疗效及安全性。结果治疗15周后,治疗组m MASI评分下降更明显,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P <0.05);治疗组、对照组有效率分别为88%和60%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。两组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论大光斑低能量Q开关1 064nm激光联合复合酸及中药治疗黄褐斑安全有效,值得临床应用。
