全压力式液化烃储罐注水方式的优化

摘要 向全压力式液化烃储罐内注水是处置液化烃泄漏事故的有效方法之一,选择合适的注水位置和注水流程是实现快速安全注水的重要基础。根据国家相关标准、规范及安全规定,结合实际分析了全压力式液化烃储罐现有注水方式的不足,提出了更安全可靠的注水方式。 It was one of the effective methods to deal with the leakage accidents of liquefied hydrocarbon by injecting water into the full pressure liquefied hydrocarbon storage tank.The selection of suitable water injection position and injection procedure was an important basis for rapid and safe water injection.According to the relevant national standards,specifications and safety regulations,and combining with the actual situation,shortcomings of the existing water injection mode for the full pressure liquefied hydrocarbon storage tanks were analyzed.A more safe and reliable water injection mode was put forth.
